5 Days of Rehydrating the Shamanic Arts for Healing & Higher Consciousness
This multi-day wilderness immersion initiates you into the heart of nature-based wisdom rites and shamanic practices for the awakening of consciousness.
We’ll be anchored at basecamp, right beside fresh flowing mountain river, just outside of Myrtleford, about 3.5 hours from Melbourne.
Over the days that follow we’ll explore various mountain wilderness locations while communing with the spirit of the cactus - a reliable wisdom teacher in helping to deepen our intimacy with nature, self and spirit.
Expect time for both solitude and collective journeying - rest and stillness, balanced with challenge and initiation, all while weaving together shamanic ceremony, nature awareness skills, deep healing, embodied transformation, and mountain wilderness walking.
Our basecamp is spacious and open, and while our campground makes for easy access to our various locations via private mini bus, expect 1-2 hours of travel time either way. This is the nature of visiting wild and infrequently visited locations in the Alps.
We’ll be up early each morning to ensure we arrive at our location for a full day of mountain sauntering. Earbuds for personal audio time during travel could be a wise move.
Being in the wilderness, we’re always at the mercy of the elements and changing weather conditions, however our intended schedule may include the exploration of the semi-remote and remote areas of:
Mt Buffalo (including Mt Buffalo’s waterfalls)
The Bogong High Plains
The greater Alpine National Park
(Subject to change on weather and trail conditions).
All of our trails vary in elevation and terrain. Not only may psycho-emotional and spiritual challenge present itself, but physical stamina might be tested, with sweat on the brow a definite encounter.
A reasonable level of hiking fitness is required, as is a willingness to trust in the process, step into the unknown, and embody a grand ol’ sense of adventure.
We’ll be leaving from -and returning to- our main basecamp on each day, so you won’t need to carry full camping equipment in your pack for any walks; only basic day-gear essentials such as water, snacks and any additional clothes for warmth.
This gathering will be limited to 10-12 participants.

REFUNDS
In appreciation and honour of this service, your commitment to attending, and the entire organisation of this gathering, donations remain non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs prior to 14 days of this gathering, your donation (minus 25% admin cancellation fee) can be used as credit for a later date, or exchanged with someone else who is interested in filling your place, provided they are approved to participate.
